การศึกษาคุณลักษณะของแบคทีเรียไกลดิงที่ผลิตสารออกฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพชายฝั่งอ่าวบ้านดอน จังหวัดสุราษฏร์ธานี

ABSTRACT
Marine gliding bacteria were isolated and purified from marine specimens such as soil, seawater, seaweed, rope, sea fan and biofilms form Bandon estuary, Surat Thani province. It was isolated and purified a total of 5 marine gliding bacteria isolates. Each isolate was cultivated in SK liquid media containing seawater and 2% amberlite XAD-16 resin for secondary metabolite absorption.The total crude extracts of 5 samples was used to screen for antibacterial activity of crude extract againt 2 pathogenic bateria ie, Aeromonas hydrophila and Steptococcus agalactiae. One crude extract showed antibacterial Aeromonas hydrophila.
