This research was intended to study the quantity and characteristics of waste food products that occurs in Surat thani Rajabhat University. To learn the cost and income from the production of biogas and to analyze the Break- Even Point of installing a biogas machine. From the study found that cafeteria had the waste of rice , food, vegetables and fruits amount of 108.68 kilograms per day. When compared with the biogas machine, the suitable machine was a production of Cowtec version CT 250, which compost organic waste disposal of bio-gas production. It produced biogas approximately 3,600 cubic meters per year that transform to LPG gas about 1,656 kilograms per year. Also it can be used to produce the fertilizer and reduce garbage disposal. Total benefits of all products about 84,240 baht per year. This project had cost of first investment about 351,495 bath. When analyzed the investment project found that Payback Period, NPV, B/C Ratio and IRR was about 4.35 years, 208,170.09 bath, 1.51 and 19.02% respectively, which can concluded that this project is worth to investment.
